How do I schedule a pickup?

How do I track my package?
Tracking your package with UPS is easy and convenient. Once you have your unique tracking number, you can use it to find insights into the status of your parcel – including Label created, Shipped/On the way, Delivered to a UPS Access Point, and Exception.
A UPS tracking number is a unique ID that can consist of alpha and numeric characters up to 22. It’s used to identify and distinguish mail pieces in the system, so it’s important not to reuse the same tracking numbers for other packages.
Once your package has been shipped by the seller, it will enter the UPS network and be scanned at each facility until it gets to its destination hub. When your shipment is on the way to its final destination, you’ll see a Delivery status that tells you when to expect a driver to deliver your package. This can take up to five days for domestic shipments and up to two weeks for international shipments.
If the driver is unable to deliver your package, you’ll get an InfoNotice that lets you find out what options you have for the next step, like rescheduling delivery, leaving it with a neighbor or at a UPS Access Point, or getting a refund from the seller.
